3. Standing posture

First, place one leg on the fitness ball, bend your arms and cross them behind your head, and slowly stretch your whole body to the left. Repeat several times and then switch sides. It exercises the waist and has the effect of slimming the calves and arms.

Then, spread your legs as far as possible, raise your left arm, slowly stretch your body to the right, hold the ball with your right hand until your left arm is parallel to the ground, take a deep breath, and hold the position for a few seconds. This movement can improve the strength of the entire lower back.

Regarding the question of whether yoga balls can really help lose weight, in fact, as long as we practice according to the methods introduced above, we can achieve the effect of weight loss.
