Americans are always in a relentless pursuit of sex. Following pelvic exercises and couple yoga, a sex exercise called "Kegel" has become popular again. It is reported that this exercise can effectively improve the quality of men's sexual life; and can enhance the strength and intensity of the muscle groups responsible for ejaculation, so that they can control ejaculation independently. This exercise was invented by American sexologist Dr. Kegel. In principle, it uses rhythmic muscle contraction and relaxation to exercise the pelvic floor muscle groups, and increases the intensity of muscle contraction by gradually increasing the number of muscle contractions. The props needed for the exercise are simple: a pillow. First, you need to lie flat on the floor with your knees bent, your feet touching the ground, and your arms naturally stretched along your body; place a pillow between your thighs. Secondly, relax your hip muscles, tighten your pelvic floor muscles, and slowly lift your hips off the ground; at the same time, lift your shoulders slightly off the ground and support the ground with your head. Be careful not to let your hips and back touch the floor. Finally, alternately tighten and relax your thigh muscles, but don't let the pillow hit the ground. The time of tightening and relaxing should be kept at about 3 seconds; inhale when tightening the muscles and exhale when relaxing. This exercise should be done twice a day, repeated 5-10 times each time. In two weeks, the strength of the muscle groups can be greatly improved, and the quality of sex life can be taken to a higher level. Because the pelvic floor muscles sit like a hammock at the base of your pelvis, they're responsible for supporting your bladder, rectum, and prostate, explains Dr. Kegel. Therefore, strengthening the muscle exercises in this area can allow more blood to flow to the pelvic area, increase the friction pleasure during sexual intercourse, and strengthen the muscle contraction during orgasm; it can also help speed up the metabolism of private parts and add a wall to block various infections. |
