Jogging, swimming, brisk walking, skipping rope, etc. are all good, but the amount of exercise in swimming, skipping rope and brisk walking cannot achieve the purpose of rapid weight loss (the amount of brisk walking is too low and is only suitable for people with mild obesity, and swimming and skipping rope cannot be maintained for a long time. Therefore, jogging is more suitable, at least one hour a day, every day, and it should be carried out according to your physical condition.
