What kinds of exercise are aerobic exercises?

There are many types of exercise, among which aerobic exercise is the one that everyone hears the most. So, what is aerobic exercise? Aerobic exercise, to put it simply, is the most suitable exercise for people to exercise, keep fit and lose weight. Aerobic exercise is a type of exercise that can be performed for a long time and is much better than anaerobic exercise. Today I will tell you in detail which exercises are aerobic exercises.

Aerobic exercise refers to exercise we perform with sufficient oxygen supply, because the main energy for body movement comes from the oxidation of sugars and fats in the body. Generally, aerobic exercise is of low intensity and long duration.

Not "aerobic exercise", the measure is heart rate. Exercise with a heart rate maintained at 150 beats/minute is aerobic exercise, because at this time the blood can supply the myocardium with sufficient oxygen; therefore, it is characterized by low intensity, rhythm, and long duration. Each exercise should last no less than 1 hour and should be done 3 to 5 times a week. This type of exercise can fully burn oxygen and sugar in the body, consume body fat, enhance and improve cardiopulmonary function, prevent osteoporosis, and regulate psychological and mental state. It is the main form of fitness exercise. Therefore, if you are overweight and want to lose weight through exercise, it is recommended to choose aerobic exercise.

Non-aerobic exercises include explosive non-aerobic exercises such as weightlifting, running, high jump, long jump, and throwing. Common aerobic exercises include: walking, jogging, climbing, swimming, cycling, aerobics, yoga, etc. Aerobic exercises usually consume body fat, which is beneficial for physical exercise and weight loss. Each aerobic exercise should last for 20-60 minutes, or at least 20-30 minutes. It is best to include a 5-10 minute warm-up before exercise: walking and light jogging. Aerobic exercises also include walking, skating, Tai Chi, fitness dancing, rhythmic gymnastics, etc.

The above is the aerobic exercise in daily life that the editor has carefully compiled today. Aerobic exercise can relax the mind and has many benefits to the human body. Moreover, aerobic exercise is the main form of fitness, and I believe it is also a weight loss method that everyone likes. Well, talk is just talk, follow the editor’s steps and start national fitness.
