The first one is: swimming: swimming, especially breaststroke, can exercise the lower body muscle groups, so that they can effectively share the burden of the waist and back, prevent and relieve the formation of low back pain

Then there is the stretching that we often do by ourselves: it is best to move your waist in the morning, stretching forward and backward, rotating left and right, and "stretching" so that the waist does not immediately change from a static state to an action that increases the load on the waist.

The third type is "Yan Fei": Lie face down on the bed without the pillow, put your hands behind your back, lift your head and chest up, lift your head and chest off the bed, straighten your knees and push your thighs back to lift them off the bed. Continue for 3 to 5 seconds, then relax your muscles and rest. 3 to 5 seconds is one cycle. This method is commonly known as "Yan Fei". This movement can effectively exercise the muscles of the lower back.
