How to Relax After Exercise

Neck stretch: First, lie flat on the ground, slowly straighten your torso and keep your feet in contact with the ground, try to stretch your neck, and your eyes can look toward the ceiling.

Jumping stretch: put your legs together and your arms on both sides of your body, then jump up with your feet shoulder-width apart and clap your hands upwards, then jump up and return to the ready position. Perform these two movements alternately, which are good for your arms, legs and torso.

Stretch forward: In order to reduce the generation of leg muscles, people can sit on the floor after exercise and stretch their legs forward, with their backs straight and their torsos bent, trying to touch their toes with their hands.

Shoulder stretch: Bend your right elbow 90 degrees and bring it back to touch your back, then switch to the other hand. Alternating the movements of your hands can help you relax your shoulder and back muscles.

Knee-chest stretch: First, spread your feet apart, then lift your right leg as close to your chest as possible, put your right leg down and do the same exercise with your left leg. Alternating between the two legs can relax the trunk and leg muscles.

Arm stretching: Stretch out both arms horizontally, start to rotate both arms forward, and then switch to the opposite direction, which can fully relax the shoulder muscles.
