2. Arm circles: Stand with your legs apart, raise your arms, circle forward 4 times, circle backward 4 times, and do this 2 times.

3. Chest expansion: Stand with your legs apart, bend your arms flat in front of your chest and then swing them back, then stretch your arms and then swing them back, do this 4 times.

4. Body rotation exercise: 4 times on each side, do 2 sets.

5. Forward bend: 8 times.

7. Kicking: 10 times forward and backward, do 2 sets.

8. Forward lunge leg stretch: 4 times on each side, do 2 sets.

9. Side leg stretch: 4 times on each side, do 2 sets.
