4. It is recommended to drink a glass of protein or a cocktail containing branched-chain amino acid milk protein immediately after exercise. This will increase the efficiency of protein synthesis in muscle tissue by 2 times. The composition of protein affects amino acid secretion and muscle recovery.

5. Do not consume any food or drink containing caffeine, such as chocolate, tea and coffee, within 2 hours after exercise. Otherwise, caffeine will hinder insulin's processing of glycogen in the liver and muscles. If you exercise in the evening, you should not eat anything 2 hours before exercise.
