Beautiful abdominal muscles depend on three factors

Therefore, it is recommended that you use tension and control instead of weight, and use your mind to apply external weight to tighten and stimulate your abdominal muscles.

There is not much benefit in running when training abdominal muscles. If you want to build good abdominal muscles, the best way is to do more sit-ups and other exercises. You can also choose barbells or dumbbells when training abdominal muscles. If you use this method to train abdominal muscles, then after a month the effect of the abdominal muscles will slowly show up.
