How to practice yoga to lose weight

As we all know, obesity has now become a social phenomenon, and weight loss has become an eternal topic. And it is not just a problem for women, and a reasonable way to lose weight has become very important. Various weight-loss pills, real or fake, leave us with no choice, and we are also worried about rebound. Let’s take a brief look at how to practice yoga to lose weight.

1. Camel pose

Kneel on both knees, spread your legs, lean back, stretch your hands to touch your heels, and slowly return your body to the initial position.

2. Lying down against the wall

Hanging your feet upside down on the wall is a great way to relieve tired feet.

3. Shoulderstand

Lie on your back and lift your legs behind your head. Place your elbows on the ground, support your waist and back with your hands, and lift your legs up at the same time so that your back, waist and legs are perpendicular to the ground. Hold this pose for 20 breaths.

4. Wind-blown Tree Pose

Stand upright with your feet together and your arms at your sides. As you inhale, slowly raise your hands above your head, put your palms together above your head, and lift your heels at the same time. As you exhale, bend your upper body from the waist and lean to the right. Hold for a few seconds, straightening up as you inhale. Exhale to the left, and straighten when inhaling.

5. Skyscraper

Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart. As you inhale, slowly raise your arms above your head and straighten them, cross your hands, rotate your wrists, and keep your palms facing up. As you exhale, use your arms to slowly bend your upper body until your body is parallel to the ground. Inhale again, slowly raise your hands, and as you exhale, separate your hands and let them fall at your sides.

6. Bow pose

Lie on your back with your feet apart and flat on the ground, your legs bent, your arms reversed, your hands under your shoulders, and your elbows pointing toward the ceiling. Slowly lift your hips away from the floor, as shown in the picture, into a bow pose, with your head lowered and your abdomen lifted.

The above is a relatively simple answer to the question of how to practice yoga to lose weight. Losing weight is a continuous process. Don't give up halfway. Also, avoid dieting. It is more important to maintain a balanced nutrition. A healthy body is the most important thing, and we must maintain good living and eating habits.
