Tips: Sit on a mat with your feet in front of you, soles of your feet facing each other, and your upper body upright. Lean your upper body forward and try to reach your feet with your chin. Keep your head lower than your heart to help blood flow back to your face. Do 5 abdominal breaths, stand up slowly, and repeat several times.

3. Bridge pose

In addition to its beauty benefits, this posture can also tighten the buttocks, lower abdomen, and inner thighs. You can see very obvious results if you do it every day. Place your hands naturally on both sides of your body, palms facing down. Bend your knees and place your feet naturally on the ground. Pull your feet toward your hips as far as possible, keeping your feet parallel. Use your palms and feet as support, and lift your hips as high as you can while inhaling. Try to keep your inner thighs parallel to each other. Place your hands behind your waist, using your elbows for support. Keep your shoulders back and keep your balance. Take 5 deep breaths and lower your hips.

4. Bridge variation: Single-leg half bridge

If you can do the third exercise well and feel it is not difficult, you can advance to this modified half bridge exercise. Besides making you younger, it can also treat spinal and shoulder problems while tightening the inner thighs.
