1. It is not advisable to squat and rest immediately: If you squat and rest immediately after fitness exercise, it will hinder the blood return to the lower limbs, affect blood circulation, and deepen the body's fatigue. During strenuous exercise, blood is mostly concentrated in the limb muscles. Due to the strong contraction of the limb muscles, a large amount of venous blood will quickly flow back to the heart. The heart then sends the nutritious arterial blood to the whole body, and the blood circulation is extremely fast. If you stop to rest right after strenuous exercise, a large amount of venous blood in the limbs will accumulate in the veins, the heart will be deprived of blood, and the brain will experience symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and shock due to insufficient blood supply and lack of oxygen. This situation is more common in activities that involve high intensity of exercise, such as long-distance running. The correct approach is to do some relaxation and finishing activities after each exercise, such as slow walking, stretching legs, etc.

2. Do not take a hot or cold bath (or swim) when you are sweating profusely: When you are sweating profusely after exercise, the capillaries on the surface of the body expand and a large amount of heat is dissipated from the body. If you encounter cold water at this time, your capillaries will suddenly contract, which can easily reduce the body's resistance and cause illness. If you take a hot bath immediately at this time, it will increase the blood flow to the body's surface, causing insufficient blood supply to the heart and brain, and there is a risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents.

3. Do not "omit" finishing activities: When you feel exhausted after each exercise, you should relax appropriately, such as calisthenics, walking, relaxing massage, etc., which will help eliminate muscle fatigue and quickly restore physical strength.

4. Don’t be greedy for cold drinks: A lot of calories will be lost during exercise, and it is understandable that they are in urgent need of replenishment. However, the human digestive system is still in a suppressed state after exercise. Eating a lot of cold drinks can easily cause gastrointestinal cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, and easily induce gastrointestinal diseases.

After learning some fitness tips, you should pay attention to the above issues when exercising. Fitness should be done for a long time, so that it will be of great help to adjust all aspects of the body. Also, you need to be careful not to overdo it when exercising, especially at the beginning. It is best to exercise for about 2 hours each time.
