And move your right elbow toward your right leg, repeat Step 1~2 10 times, then switch sides and do 10 times to stretch your side waist.

3. Half Lotus Forward Bend on Chair. You can sit on a stable chair, cross your left leg over your right thigh, and form a "4"-shaped half lotus posture. Straighten your spine and place your hands naturally on your ankles and knees. Then press your knees and ankles with your hands, lean forward, and slowly descend to the limit. At this point, keep your back straight and feel the stretch in your lower back. Then switch legs and repeat.
