Scissor Squat

Back leg lift

Keep your upper body upright, chest up and abdomen in, lift your hips with your right foot, put your body gravity on your left or right foot, lift 45 degrees toward your heel, contract for 1 second, and then return to the starting point.

Supine hip lift

Lie flat on the mat, place your hands flat on both sides of your waist, bend your knees at 45 degrees, lift your hips up with the strength of your waist, contract for one second and then return to the starting point.

The coach reminded that these hip-lifting exercises can not only lift the buttocks, but also relieve the symptoms of sore waist and knees. When men practice hip-lifting exercises, they can increase the weight and hold dumbbells.
