Chest and back warm-up Put your hands on your hips, keep your legs together, pull your head, neck and shoulders forward, and arch your back. Then expand your chest and lean back, relax your neck, and move your elbows back as far as possible to expand your chest. Repeat this exercise of contracting forward and expanding backward 4 times.
