Kneel on one leg and inhale, put your hands together behind your back; inhale, slowly move your fists down along the coccyx until your arms are fully extended, hold for 2 to 5 breaths; inhale, put your hands together in front of your chest; exhale, without separating your hands, bend your arms backwards, and "lock" them directly from your head to the back of your neck. 7. Release your hands and place them on both sides of your right foot in front of you; retract your hips and straighten your right leg, with your right heel touching the ground. Maintain this position for 2 to 5 breaths; inhale, stretch your spine forward as far as possible, exhale, and retract your right leg at the same time to return to the 4A position.
