How to do Latin aerobics?

1. Chest translation

Action requirements:

Stand on your legs, tighten your leg muscles and buttocks, relax your shoulders, tighten your abdomen, focus your mind near your armpits, use the muscles in the middle and lower back and the front of your abdomen to move your chest to one side, keeping your head and chest in sync. Keep your hips stable and still, and make sure your shoulders are relaxed.

Main function: Increase the flexibility of independent movement of the upper body, with more exercises for the contralateral waist.

2. Spine Rocking

Action requirements:

Stand with legs apart, bend your knees and squat, and bend your cervical, thoracic, lumbar and coccyx forward at the same time, making your body into a C shape. Slowly straighten your knees, push your hips backward and upward, tighten your lower back, press your upper body forward, and lower your head. As the thoracic spine stretches, your head naturally lifts to the spine, stretching and maintaining the entire body to the maximum extent. At the same time, your upper body slowly leans back, and your spine gradually bends forward from top to bottom to the starting position.

Main function: Practice the overall coordinated movement of the spine and control of the abdominal muscles.

3. Samba Swing

Action requirements:

Stand with your legs together, and when completing the movement, keep your knees slightly bent, your hip joints relaxed (at the groin), and your buttocks tilted back (the coccyx extended). Move the right leg outward a shoulder-width distance, move the body's center of gravity outward simultaneously (keep it at the center axis of the legs) and press down, swing the hips naturally outward (do not push the hips up), push the body back with the right foot according to the rhythm, and at the same time use the left waist to pull the hips back to the starting position.

Main function: Focus on overall coordination exercises, especially strengthening and coordinating the side waist muscles.
