● Single Kick (Kick forward once): Kick forward with one leg, keeping the leg straight.

Group 2

● Three Knee (lift your legs three times): refer to Single Knee, but you can cross your legs;

● Three Curl (bend back three times): refer to Single Side;

● V-step: After getting on the board, your feet should be separated, forming a V shape with the position you stand at after getting off the board;

●Jumping: Jumping with your legs apart under the board, a bit like the jumping exercise in radio gymnastics.

● Grapevine: Take a step to the right with your right foot, step back with your left foot and cross it over your right foot, then take another step to the side with your right foot, and bring your left foot back together.

Each set of movements can be combined in multiple ways, such as practicing repeatedly in the order of A + B → C + D → A + B + C + D, using basic steps in between.
