Or you can drink a small cup of coffee or pure cocoa powder. Both of these things can promote blood circulation and burn fat. Drinking them before exercise will double the effect. If you exercise in the morning, you can also drink a glass of orange juice to provide energy.

I heard from my sister that she used to be very fat, so she consulted a personal trainer. She was told that you should jump rope about 200 times at a time, or if you have good endurance, you can do more. After each jump, rest for a short while, and then repeat about 5 or 6 times. In other words, you should jump more than 1,000 times in this exercise, and this amount is enough. Several times a day if you have the time.

If you want to reduce weight locally, you can apply a protective film. I have tried it myself and the effect is quite obvious on the waist but not so obvious on the thighs. However, it varies from person to person. You can try it.

Another point to note is that skipping rope involves a lot of calf exercise, so like running, muscle pain may occur over a long period of time. The way to prevent this is to do leg stretching exercises after skipping, such as leg stretching, until you feel the ligaments being stretched, which will take about 10 minutes. Massage your calves at night when you get home to avoid growing muscles from jumping rope.
