1. Not sticking to weight loss exercises:

Some people feel tired and uncomfortable when they start to lose weight. I didn't practice for long before I wanted to take a few days off. They don't understand that doing so will not achieve the effect of consuming energy at all. Because exercise can enhance gastrointestinal motility, increase appetite, and improve digestion and absorption. Many people have a big appetite after exercise, but this is simply because they persist in exercising and prevent calories from accumulating. If you suddenly stop exercising, your appetite won't decrease, but your calorie intake will slowly decrease, which will make it difficult to lose weight and may even cause it to rebound. Therefore, the key to weight loss exercise is persistence, and in the process of persistence, cultivating interest and unleashing potential. Persistence requires two conditions: one is to choose the right sport, and the other is to have an appropriate amount of daily exercise. Improper selection of sports or excessive exercise can make the body tired prematurely, and may even damage joints, ligaments or bones. Exercise is often forced to stop because of this, so how can we talk about the word "persistence"?

2. Not controlling your diet:

In addition to the issue of exercise, let's take a look at whether exercise is combined with diet therapy? For weight loss, exercise and diet control are inseparable and effective means, and neither is dispensable. During the weight loss period, due to vigorous metabolism and enhanced gastrointestinal motility, appetite often increases, which brings certain difficulties to dieting. However, controlling your diet is the only way to lose weight. If you don’t control your diet, the weight loss results are often not ideal and you may even gain weight. Therefore, it is necessary to go back and check the implementation of your diet plan and find any loopholes.

If you also have problems with fitness but no effect, could it be due to some of the above reasons, that is, not persisting in some exercise training, and not controlling your diet well? If a person is not persistent enough, there will be no effect. If you want to lose weight, you need persistence and perseverance. You can't just do it for two days.
