3. Exercise by pressing the ball on the inner thigh.

a. Lie on your mat with your knees bent so the soles of your feet are flat on the floor, and hold a rubber ball (or knotted bath towel) between your inner thighs.

b. Squeeze the ball with your inner thighs, hold for 30 seconds, relax for 10 seconds, and repeat this movement several times.
