How to Build Muscle Quickly

Many people want to build muscles quickly, but the inappropriate methods result in a waste of time and energy. Some people train their muscles for three days and then rest for two days, and the duration of each training session is not enough. This way, they will not be able to build muscles. Generally, it is best to take about an hour every day to exercise your muscles. After each muscle exercise, you should follow up with nutrition in a timely manner so that the muscles can grow better.

When exercising your muscles, you should keep your thoughts and actions consistent. The work of the muscles is controlled by the nerves. Concentrating your attention can mobilize more muscle fibers to participate in the work. When practicing a certain movement, you should consciously align your mind and movement, that is, think about which muscles are working when you practice. For example: when doing standing curls, you should lower your head and look at your arms with your eyes to see your biceps slowly contracting.

"Peak contraction" is a phenomenon that you need to pay attention to when exercising your muscles. It is a major rule for making muscle lines very obvious. It requires that when a certain movement reaches the most tense position of muscle contraction, maintain this most tense state of contraction, do static exercises, and then slowly return to the starting position of the movement. My method is to count from 1 to 6 when the muscles feel the most tense, and then release them.

It is best to maintain continuous tension when exercising your muscles. You should keep the muscles tense throughout the entire set, not letting them relax (not in a "locked" state) either at the beginning or the end of the movement, and always reach complete exhaustion.

When doing muscle training, the body should be stretched and relaxed after each set of movements. This can promote blood circulation in the muscles and help eliminate various metabolic wastes deposited in the muscles due to exercise, so as to accelerate muscle recovery. Of course, nutritional supplements are also necessary. In addition, when exercising, you should stop when you feel muscle soreness, swelling and numbness. Do not over-exercise.
