Yoga practice time:

Early in the morning, before breakfast, is the best time to do yoga.

You can also practice in the evening or at other times, but make sure you practice on an empty stomach or after completely digesting the food. Generally, it is three to four hours after a meal, and you can practice half an hour after drinking liquid food or beverages.

In fact, there are more specific practice time regulations, which include practicing in the morning before the sun comes out, practicing at noon when the sun is overhead, practicing in the evening after sunset, and practicing in the early morning at 12 o'clock at night. You should practice different things at different times, such as practicing more asanas in the morning, more pandas at noon, and more meditation in the evening. Practitioners should choose a time that is most convenient for them, and try to practice at the same time every day. When practicing yoga, the body should remain normal and quiet. If you feel any discomfort or illness at this time, try not to practice too intense methods, or you can not practice at all. Practice yoga as much as possible, but never exceed your physical limits.

When practicing yoga, you should choose a quiet, clean place with fresh air, or you can choose an open-air natural environment. Make sure to keep the air circulating in the room and place some green plants. The floor needs to be covered with a soft blanket, which should be soft enough to allow you to stand comfortably, but your feet must not slip.

It is recommended that you do not eat before doing yoga exercises, because if you do yoga exercises after eating, you will feel that you cannot move, and it will be uncomfortable to move, and you will not be as passionate as not eating.
