In life, many people choose to exercise to strengthen their bodies. There is an exercise method called Ba Duan Jin, which is a training method to train the internal organs through movements. When doing this movement, you must master the various acupuncture points of the body, and the movements must be standardized to be effective. It is composed of eight postures. So what are the effects and functions of Ba Duan Jin? First posture: Hold your hands up to the sky to regulate the three energizers Sanjiao is an ancient term for internal organs, one of the six internal organs. It is related to the so-called extravascular circulatory system, lymphatic hormones, fascia and outer membrane of internal organs in modern medicine, and is the basic organ of human circulation and metabolism. The movement adopts the heel-lifting style, which allows the blood flow in the hands to quickly return to the heart circulation system through gravity and torsional pressure. The heels off the ground cause the muscles of the calves to contract, promoting blood circulation from the legs back to the heart. The movement of holding up the sky can extend the spine, improve bad posture such as hunchback, reduce the pressure on the visceral nerves near the spine, and promote the metabolism of various organs. The first form of Ba Duan Jin has the effect of improving circulation and promoting metabolism as a whole. Second Style: Draw the bow left and right like shooting an eagle The key points of the second posture are to open the bow to the left and right, which can expand the chest, activate the shoulders and back, and lubricate the Qi and blood. It is the best movement to regulate the lungs and open the chest. The third style: To regulate the spleen and stomach, you must lift one hand Although the spleen and stomach are located in the center, the gallbladder, pancreas and spleen, which are closely related to the digestive system, are separated on the left and right. By lifting one hand and extending the other hand, alternating left and right, it not only helps to open the spleen, but also has the effect of activating the liver and gallbladder meridians, and has the effect of promoting the secretion of the digestive glands and appetite. The fourth form: Look back after the five kinds of fatigue and seven kinds of injuries "Fatigue" is used to describe the condition of inflammation caused by excessive physiological activities, and "injury" refers to psychological and emotional obstacles. Both are inevitable problems in the process of human survival. The mnemonic "look back" is a reminder to forget the past and work hard in front. The key points of the action are to turn left and right to twist the spine and nearby muscle groups to reduce muscle tension and spasm, and it has the function of regulating peripheral nerves. Fifth Style: Shaking the Head and Tail to Relieve Heart Fire Heart fire is similar to what we call neurasthenia and anxiety disorder in modern times. Common symptoms include constipation, dry mouth, red tip of the tongue, palpitations, insomnia, and fever in the five hearts. The key point of the movement is "wagging the tail", that is, rotating the pelvis to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system in the abdominal cavity, improving gastrointestinal function and symptoms such as palpitations, balancing the over-excited activities of the brain, and achieving the effect of reducing heart fire. The sixth form: shaking your back seven times will cure all diseases The various diseases mentioned here refer to the many discomforts caused by hormonal or autonomic nervous system disorders. By shaking your back, gravity directly stimulates your heels, and the vibration force reaches the top of your head. In addition, the muscle groups between the spine are relaxed due to the force, thereby achieving the effect of regulating the autonomic ganglia near the spine. The hormone system, from the pituitary gland, thyroid gland to the gonads, produces resonant movement due to vibration force, which has the effect of stimulating and adjusting the hormone system. Form 7: Clenching fists and glaring to increase strength The liver controls the tendons, eyes, and anger. When practicing, you should glare and open your eyes wide, and at the same time fill your eyes and fists with energy, so that the liver qi can flow from the liver to the tendons, which has the effect of unblocking the tendons, qi and blood, and relieving liver depression. The eighth posture: Climb the feet with both hands to strengthen the kidneys and waist The waist is the home of the kidneys. When practicing, you should stroke the kidneys and follow the bladder meridian, use your hands to reach your feet, and flex and stretch your waist and spine. This has the effect of dredging the bladder meridian and kidney meridian, strengthening the kidneys, and prolonging life and strengthening the waist and back. |
