Then increase the intensity of your normal breathing. When you exhale, try to exhale as much as possible in multiple breaths. Then intentionally draw your abdominal muscles inward and gently contract your lungs to exhale. Then inhale fully but don't force it, and let your abdomen return to its original position. When you inhale, you will feel your abdominal wall and lower ribs push outward, with only slight movement of your chest. This type of breathing is achieved by contracting and pressing down the diaphragm to form an inhalation action. Practice 3-5 times a day for 3-5 minutes each day.
