How to do explosive power training

Explosive power is the ability of athletes to instantly increase the strength in their bodies to help them compete with a greater advantage. It is still a bit difficult for athletes to improve their explosive power in a short period of time. Explosive power cannot be improved in a short period of time. It is a process that requires athletes to slowly carry out targeted physical training.

1. Run at varying speeds. When running, start by running at a slower pace, then after running about 400 meters, sprint at your fastest speed. Just run 100 meters. Then jog again.

2. Run with your legs raised high. This is a good way to train explosive power. When running, you should push your knees upward with force. The best running pace is from slow to fast.

3.50m sprint. When doing this, it is best to find a friend to run with you so that you can run faster. Break through your limits!

4. Hold the barbell or dumbbells in front of your chest at shoulder height (the weight should be such that you cannot lift them in front of you), then quickly push them forward, straighten your arms, and actively pull them back quickly, repeating this movement continuously. This exercise can effectively improve the explosive power of the arm, chest and back muscles, and is very beneficial to the speed and power of punching.

5. Everyone knows the action of continuous frog jumps, so I won't say much about it. The key point is to squat completely when landing, jump quickly after landing, and do it continuously. Fully stretch your body in the air, jump as high and far as possible, then tighten your abdomen and curl up when landing. You can also wear a sand vest or other weights to increase the intensity. This exercise can quickly improve the explosive power of the legs and waist and abdomen.

The training of explosive power requires long-term training of athletes. If athletes want to improve their explosive power in a short period of time through small tricks, this is impossible. You need to be down-to-earth in doing anything, so if athletes really want to improve their explosive power, it is recommended that athletes stick to targeted training.
