People with strong physiques have healthier muscles and motor organs, and even if they do high-intensity exercise, it is effortless and they naturally sweat less. It is easy to get heatstroke if you don't sweat during exercise. Many people often do not sweat much after thirty or forty minutes of exercise, but the surface of their skin is very hot. This is because the sweat in the body cannot be discharged, resulting in an imbalance in body temperature regulation. If you feel your body burning, you should stop exercising immediately, otherwise you will easily develop symptoms of chest tightness and dizziness, especially in the hot summer, which will increase the chance of heat stroke. At this time, you can drink some ice water, apply a cool towel on your forehead or urinate in time to lower your body temperature.

Under normal circumstances, if you do strenuous exercise, you will sweat. If you exercise but do not sweat, you may suffer from heatstroke. Therefore, people with fewer sweat glands need to pay attention when exercising. However, it does not mean that the more you sweat, the better. If you sweat more than others when exercising, you should also be careful about the occurrence of rheumatism.
