Losing weight is not an easy thing in life. If you want to get rid of your thick fat, you need to find many methods that suit you. Some people spend a lot of money to buy expensive weight loss products and weight loss drugs, but the effect is not seen, and there are a lot of side effects. I have figured out a way to lose weight by jogging. It is my own experience. I lost nearly 20 pounds in less than two months and became stronger:

Be sure to do enough warm-up exercises before jogging, especially leg exercises. Due to time constraints, I will only talk about the legs. It's just like stretching your legs in gym class, but the difference is that your heels should be as close to the ground as possible. Make sure your calf muscles are fully stretched.

This step is very important, otherwise it is easy to grow muscles. If you are a girl, you should pay special attention to it.

Start jogging slowly, and gradually find a speed that suits you based on your feeling, a speed that is not strenuous. Jogging is an aerobic exercise that does not require too much physical effort. This is the only way to effectively burn calories and achieve the goal of losing weight.

Moreover, such uniform speed exercise can burn calories for a long time without making people feel too tired. I have to say that the running shoes you wear must fit your feet well and be light. Look forward when you run. It would be great if you feel like you are getting more relaxed as you run.

The time control depends on your own body. If you are not obese, you should be able to last more than 20 minutes the first time (I lasted 30 minutes), and then slowly increase the time. Finally, it is best to persist for more than 40 minutes, because it takes at least 30 minutes of exercise to burn fat.

After running, you should do relaxation exercises, walk a few laps, and pat your buttocks with your palms. Girls, especially, must do this, otherwise your buttocks will become bigger and look ugly. There is also leg stretching, and then rubbing the arms, calves and hams.

I usually won’t sit down within half an hour after running, especially if I feel my buttocks are still hot after sitting down, I must stand up. Don’t drink water or eat within half an hour after running. If you run at night, don’t eat. If you are very hungry, you can eat some fruit.

Exercise is a common method in life and also a common sport in life. Is brisk walking or jogging better? While exercising, we can reduce the burden on the body. We only need to walk or run a few laps to get rid of our thick fat, but we still need to persist for a long time.
