Aerial Yoga Handstand

Yoga is very popular among young women nowadays. Practicing yoga for a long time can not only make people's body more fit, but also cultivate their body and mind. Many female celebrities post photos of themselves practicing yoga on social platforms, which are very difficult and include many types of aerial yoga. Aerial yoga requires experienced yoga practitioners to practice. This article introduces the methods of aerial yoga practice. Let’s learn about it together.

1. Inverting can not only make people's body more fit, but also effectively reduce the formation of facial wrinkles and delay aging.

Headstand is more helpful to improve people's intelligence and reaction ability. A person's intelligence and reaction speed are determined and controlled by the brain, and inversion can increase the brain's blood supply and its ability to control sensing under various conditions. 1. How to do a handstand in aerial yoga

1.1. Sit on your knees with your knees bent and together. Place your hands in front of you, cross your fingers and clasp them tightly, open your elbows to the same width as your shoulders, so that your arms and clasped hands form a triangle that is firmly fixed to the ground.

1.2. Place your head inside the “triangle”. The center of the head should be placed on the ground, with the back of the head against the palms of your hands, and your eyes should be able to look straight at things behind your feet. Whether you look too much at your upper body or too much at the ground, it means that you are not placing the center of your head on the ground. Then, wrap your head with your palms, slowly straighten your knees, and raise your hips.

1.3. Straighten your legs completely, with only your toes touching the ground. Slowly move your feet toward your head until your torso and waist are vertical.

2. What is aerial yoga?

Aerial yoga, also known as anti-gravity yoga, is a fitness method that uses a rope hammock (Hammock) to hang oneself in the air to complete "Hatha Yoga poses". Hatha Yoga is traditional yoga, which is most suitable for beginners. It focuses on practicing postures and breathing and is the most practical system in the yoga system.

When practicing aerial yoga, you can feel your own weight, deepen the stretching, resistance and alignment of the poses, promote rhythmic breathing and develop your body's potential. It has efficient relaxation, healing and weight loss effects, and is also more interesting and interactive.

Aerial yoga utilizes physical kinematics, combines the three principles of gravity, centripetal force, and anti-gravity, and integrates traditional Hatha yoga postures (asana), Chinese massage techniques, the harmony of Tai Chi, the power of Pilates, the elegance of dance, and yoga poses. It can be said to be a combination of Chinese and Western cultures, connecting the past and the present, helping practitioners achieve twice the result with half the effort.

In addition, aerial yoga is different from traditional yoga practiced on the ground. The body is suspended as if weightless, and the pressure on the spine is almost zero. It has a good medical effect and can also exercise the sense of balance invisibly.
