Eight Yoga Actions to Increase Height

Make fists with both hands, place one in front of the waist and the other behind, stand with your feet apart, lift the knee of the foot in front, keep your thigh flat on the ground, your calf perpendicular to the ground, straighten your instep, and kick out. Switch sides, alternating left and right feet.
