A relatively simple and safe exercise method is the flat barbell bench press, which can effectively exercise the entire chest and increase thickness.

With your grip slightly wider than your shoulders, remove the barbell from the bench press rack and slowly lower it until your upper arms are parallel to the ground. Chest press machine: This machine is specifically designed to practice chest muscle separation. Compared with other methods of exercising chest muscles at home, this machine.

The effect of the machine is very targeted. When practicing, your back must be close to the backrest, and force should be exerted through your elbows. Since the buttocks and back are pressed against the backrest, only the chest muscles can be used. When exercising with this machine, 95% of the effect is on the pectoralis major muscles, and this exercise will not cause any harm to other parts of the body.

If you use dumbbells, the exercise method is relatively simple. Through this exercise, you can coordinate the muscle's balance ability well and train the muscle's control over strength. The range of dumbbell exercise is relatively large, which has a good stretching effect on muscles. When exercising with dumbbells, you can also exercise in various ways such as lying flat, supine, sitting, etc.
