In addition, drinking large amounts of alcohol can slow down the reaction of the nervous system, reduce body coordination, and weaken the ability to judge danger, making it easy to get injured accidentally during outdoor sports.

Based on the above reasons, it is not recommended to engage in extensive exercise after drinking. In clinical practice, it is not uncommon for accidents to occur after heavy exercise after drinking. After drinking, you should rest quietly, drink plenty of water, and eat some fruits or rice porridge, which will help protect the gastrointestinal tract and metabolize the alcohol as soon as possible.

Although the human body will metabolize alcohol, the metabolism rate is related to many factors. Different people have different alcohol metabolism rates.
