1. Lower body shaking

Lie on your back with your legs straight, palms down, legs together, heels on the ground; interlace your fingers, and place your hands behind your head; lift your legs and bend your knees (inhale, bring your knees together, lift your legs, and bend your knees); lean your lower body to the right, then to the left (keep your upper body still, use your knees to drive your hips, rocking from the right to the left, and then from the left to the right). Breathe naturally and repeat 12 times.

2. Cat Stretch

Lean forward with all fours on the ground, straighten the spine, keep the back flat like a table, arms perpendicular to the ground, fingertips pointing forward, raise the head, look forward; concave back (inhale, lift the head upward, slowly raise the pelvis, slightly bend the waist downward, sink the navel area, concave the back, expand the chest, press the shoulder blades towards the back to form an arc, hold for 6 seconds); arch the back (exhale, slowly arch the back upward, contract the navel area, move the head downward, look towards the thighs, until you feel the spine stretched, hold for 6 seconds), repeat 12 times.

3. Legs and back stretch

Stretch your legs, put your feet together, and sit up straight; stretch your arms, raise your palms above your head, so that the line connecting your arms and torso is at right angles to the line connecting your legs; bend your torso forward as much as possible, touching your forehead to your calves, hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute with normal breathing, then inhale, slowly stand up, and repeat 5 to 8 times.

4. Half Locust Pose

Lie on your stomach with your palms facing up, insteps touching the ground, and tailbone retracted, pointing toward the heels; lie on your stomach with your palms facing down, and raise your right leg (take a deep breath, press down hard with both palms, do not raise your head and chest, keep the instep of your left foot touching the ground, raise your right leg as high and straight as possible, hold this position for about 5 to 30 seconds, slowly put your right foot back, exhale, relax, and repeat with your left foot). Alternate between your left and right feet 2 to 3 times.

5. Advanced action: Locust pose

Take a deep breath and press your palms down hard. Without raising your head and chest, raise your legs as high as possible while storing air without exhaling. Hold the position for 1 to 5 or more, then slowly put your legs back and exhale, relaxing in the full rest position.

1. The arms cannot be bent.

2. When lifting your legs, try to tighten your buttocks and thigh muscles, and rotate your hips while lifting your legs.

4. It requires the strength of the whole body, especially the lower limbs. If you have pain in your lower back, bend your knees to reduce the pressure on your lower back. Be careful when practicing to avoid spraining your back.
