In fact, doing more exercise regularly can also help reduce the belly. So what kind of exercise should be done more often?

When you inhale, your belly expands; when you exhale, your belly contracts. This is a necessary training for people who practice yoga or voice training. It helps stimulate gastrointestinal motility and promote the excretion of waste in the body.

Cycling exercise. All it requires is for you to lie on the floor and pretend to pedal an imaginary bicycle. To do this correctly, press your back into the floor and place your hands behind your head. Raise your knees to a 45-degree angle and use your feet to pedal. Your left ankle should touch your right knee, and then your right ankle should touch your left knee.

Knee lift exercise. Find a sturdy chair and sit on the edge with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Tighten your abs, lean back slightly, and lift your feet a few inches off the ground.

Keeping the movement steady, pull your knees toward your chest while bending your upper body forward. Then return your feet to their original position and repeat 10-30 times.

Sit-ups. Bend your knees and put your feet together and hook them around the headboard. Wrap a towel around your neck from behind, holding one end in each hand. Contract your abdomen, lift your shoulders, slowly roll up your back, then slowly lean back, and continue to stand up when you almost touch the floor, and repeat.

Ball lifting exercise. Lie on your back with a tennis ball in your hands, raise your arms toward the ceiling, and stretch your legs together. Tighten your abdominal and buttocks muscles and lift your shoulders and head a few inches off the ground. Make sure the ball is always heading upward toward the roof, not forward.

In addition to the above, you should also adjust your diet. Many people sit down or lie down directly after eating some very greasy food or eating too much. If they do this for a long time, it will easily lead to more and more fat. You should take medicine to digest the food and don't lie down immediately.
