How to reduce belly fat through exercise?

Chair abdominal exercises

This set of exercises is convenient, easy, and has quick results, making it suitable for daily or alternate day practice.

Method: Sit on the edge of a chair with a reclining back, hug the back of the chair with both hands, feel as if your body is about to slide off the chair, arch your back and bend your waist in a relaxed manner, and keep your waist as close to the chair surface as possible.

Group 1: Take turns pedaling a bicycle with both feet. Relax your leg muscles and stretch one foot downward, the lower the better, but not touching the ground. Bend the other foot upward, the higher the better. Repeat this exercise 20 times a day.

The second group: Same as above, bend both legs upwards, and then stretch them downwards at the same time. Be careful not to push up your waist. Try to contract your abdomen and stomach as much as possible, and then bring them as close as possible to achieve a tight and comfortable abdomen. Do this 20 times a day.

Deformed sit-up exercise

It is said that this exercise is particularly effective for people with fat in the lower abdomen.

Specific process: Lie at the end of the bed with your hips and below outside the bed, then bend your knees so that your thighs are above your abdomen. Extend your arms straight out to your sides, palms facing down, just below your hips. Next, use your abdominal force and slowly count to 10, stretch your legs forward with your toes pointing upward so that your body is in a straight line. Then bend your knees while counting to 5 and return your thighs to their original position. Make sure your back, shoulders, and arms are relaxed, and you can feel that it is your stomach that is exerting the force.

Although the method is simple, the process is not so easy. The fat on our belly is accumulated over time. It is not easy to lose it easily. Everyone must understand this. Only through our efforts and sweat can we successfully lose belly fat.
