Aerobic Yoga for Weight Loss

Yoga has been one of the forms of physical exercise that people have loved in recent years. Yoga can help people lose weight and relieve mental stress. It also has a therapeutic effect on some diseases. Yoga has brought many surprises to people. Whether young, old, or children, they can choose it to achieve fitness and bodybuilding effects. Then let's take a look at the effects of one of the aerobic slimming yoga.

Downward Dog

This is a classic yoga move that works both your upper and lower body and stretches your ligaments. Support yourself with your hands and feet, and lift your body into an inverted "V" shape. Make sure your hands are shoulder-width apart with your fingers spread out. Stand with your feet as wide as your hips, heels pointed back, and toes, heels, and hips in one plane. Relax your head, maintain this position, and take 5 deep breaths.

One-legged Downward Dog

This variation of One-Legged Downward Dog bends the uplifted leg, which improves hip flexibility and stretches the spine and tendons.

Start in Downward Dog with your feet together and your thumbs pressed together. Keeping your left heel on the floor, lift your right leg into Single-Legged Downward Dog and bend your knee. Try to bring the heel of your right leg toward your buttocks and stretch your knee upward as far as possible. Lift your head and look to the left, extending and flexing your spine. Keep your feet and head as close together as possible. Hold this position for 5 deep breaths, then relax.

Half Bridge

This move will open the front of your body like a ballerina, tone your shoulders, and tighten your hips.

Start in One-Legged Downward Dog and slowly lower your right leg while extending your right arm. Simply flip your body 180 degrees so that it is facing upwards. Reposition your legs so they are parallel and slightly wider than your hips. Use your legs to support yourself, lift your hips as high as you can, and stretch your arms as far as you can. Hold this position for 5 deep breaths, looking up at your outstretched arms or the roof.

Through the above detailed introduction to the effects of aerobic yoga for weight loss, I believe that more people will choose yoga as their daily physical exercise. Women who are preparing to lose weight or are already losing weight can choose aerobic slimming yoga.
