What kind of exercise is good for the cervical spine?

Because more and more people are using mobile phones and computers, their cervical spine is repeatedly traumatized. If you keep your head down, it is very likely to cause cervical spondylosis, which is very harmful to our cervical spine. Therefore, cervical spondylosis is now becoming more and more younger. Most of the patients with cervical spondylosis are in their twenties and thirties, and this disease is most likely to recur, and can only be relieved through traditional Chinese medicine.

1. Fight with the neck: bend your elbows, cross your fingers and hold your head behind your head, and spread your legs shoulder-width apart. Tilt your head back with force, while using both hands to provide some resistance to your head. Repeat 12 to 16 times.

2. External application of Chinese medicine: Use "Cervical Spondylosis Shunshu Patch" for consolidation treatment

3. Look back at the moon: Spread your legs as wide as shoulders, let your arms hang naturally, bend your legs slightly, raise your left hand, and place your palm behind your head. Place your right hand behind your waist, lean your upper body forward 45 degrees, rotate left and right, and turn your head backward and upward as you rotate, as if looking at the moon. Repeat 6 to 8 times.

4. Support the sky and press the ground: Stand with your legs together, let your arms hang naturally, bend your right elbow with your palm facing up, straighten your elbow, and lift your palm upward; bend your left elbow slightly, press down with your left hand, while tilting your head back and looking up at the sky, alternate between left and right, and repeat 6 to 8 times.

5. Stretch forward and explore the sea: Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart, put your hands on your waist, stretch your head and neck forward and turn it to the lower right, and look forward and downward. Alternate left and right and repeat 6 to 8 times.

6. Stretch your neck and back: Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart, put your hands on your waist, and stretch the top of your head upwards as if you were pushing a ball. Continue for 3 to 5 seconds each time, and repeat 12 to 16 times.

7. Golden Lion Shaking Its Head: Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart, your hands on your waist, and your head and neck relaxed. Slowly make large-scale circular movements, alternating between clockwise and counterclockwise directions, 6 to 8 times each.

Therefore, it is best for people to move their cervical vertebrae after looking at the computer screen for too long. This can have a good relieving effect. However, remember that the amplitude of the movement should not be too large. If it is too large, it is likely to hurt your cervical vertebrae again, because our cervical vertebrae are also considered to be a relatively fragile part of the body. Not only that, you can also apply some Chinese medicine externally.
