What are the yoga methods for thin arms?

4. Raise your left hand, bend your elbow from top to back, and raise your right hand from bottom to top, and hold it with your left hand behind your back. Try to expand your chest and straighten your waist, and stay there to take a deep breath.

However, yoga methods are not as easy as everyone imagines, so when doing yoga movements, you must pay attention to not moving your elbows completely, otherwise it will easily lead to falling. You can also increase the difficulty of some training according to your own situation to improve the effect of slimming your arms.
