Maybe many of us don't have a detailed understanding of the order of muscle training. Only mastering the scientific order of muscle training can help me shape a very perfect external image. We can do some barbell bench press exercises. Increasing some strength appropriately each time can help us find a very good muscle training effect. Let's popularize the order of muscle training.

1. Do not exercise your arm muscles between exercising your chest muscles, shoulder muscles and back muscles: because exercising these three groups of muscles requires exhausting your arm strength. When you start working out your upper body muscles, if your arm muscles are already exhausted, you will not be able to achieve your training goals.

2. The same principle applies to leg muscle training: gastrocnemius muscle training is usually placed last. After the calf muscles are fatigued, the calf muscles may tremble when performing heavy thigh exercises. Such shaking not only reduces the effectiveness of training, but also causes dangers (such as the risk of falling).

3. If you want to have a well-proportioned body, it is more advisable to train the upper body muscles before the lower body muscles: the disadvantage of training the thighs first is that it will affect the overall training effect. When you start to train the upper body, you will feel exhausted, unless the thighs are trained first. Please follow this rule carefully in order not to hinder the upper body muscle training effect.

4. Do not alternately train the upper and lower body muscles. For example: chest muscles, quadriceps, shoulder muscles, posterior thigh muscles, back muscles... Such an arrangement is good in exercise, but it is not suitable for people who are seeking muscle development. Try to train connected muscle groups in sequence, for example: first the chest muscles, then the shoulder muscles, and then the back muscles.

Understanding the body of muscle training can help us achieve the best training results. At the same time, we must learn to protect ourselves during the exercise. We must not hurt ourselves due to some exercise methods that involve excessive exercise. It will be meaningless to us.
