5. Focus

To practice yoga, you must be so serious and focused on the feeling of every inch and every minute of your body inside and outside, and awaken your body's functions. Feel and love your body, and use your focused consciousness to feel, experience, and protect the most sensitive parts. Practice yoga asanas, and feel press, press, touch, push, pull, squeeze, tighten, and loosen your body due to changes in postures. Use your focused consciousness to taste, experience, gain, improve, and enjoy, and feel the changes and comfort of soreness, pain, swelling, and numbness to achieve the best results.

6. Balance

How long has it been since you last felt balanced? "Balance" is very important to health. A balanced body and mind will make you radiant. A person who has lost balance will definitely be dull, just like a house cannot be built into a tall building without a solid and balanced foundation. The only exception is the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy, which is a miracle that has only appeared for several centuries. In order to maintain its balance, later generations have tried their best to repair and maintain it, and find the "balance in imbalance" to maintain it. Therefore, balance is very important. Only with balance can we have a solid pillar and a healthy body and mind. 7. Continuity
