At dawn, the Yang Qi rises; at noon, the Yang Qi is strong; at dusk, the Yang Qi is weak and the Qi gates are closed. Therefore, it should be gathered at dusk. Do not disturb the muscles and bones and do not be exposed to fog or dew. If you do the opposite during these three times, your body will become weak and tired."

At night, birds return to their nests, their energy is restrained, their Yang energy is stored, and their pores are closed. If we stretch, run, or dance at this time, our muscles will become congested and our internal organs will become deficient, and we will become increasingly weak. This is going against the purpose and having a counterproductive effect.
