Spending more time in bed can actually help with your belly

After waking up

Starting to exercise as soon as you open your eyes in the morning can open up many important links in your body and achieve a weight loss effect.

After opening your eyes, lie on your back in bed and stretch forward for about 10 seconds without holding your breath.

When lying on your back, stretch your legs as far as possible, bend your right knee to 90 degrees and lean on your left waist to stretch, with your left hand following.

Sit on the bed, lean your upper body forward, and do back stretching exercises. Place your hands on your head and stretch forward for about 10 seconds.

Stand up, bend your left elbow and place it behind your head. Grab your left elbow with your right hand, and maintain this position and stretch as far to the right as possible for about 10 seconds, alternating between left and right.

Before going to bed

Exercising in bed before going to bed can help you sleep and lose weight at the same time. Gently moving the body before going to bed can strengthen the sympathetic nerves and inhibit the absorption of fat while sleeping.

Pay attention to your posture when standing, bend your elbows and place them behind your head, hold the pillow with both hands, bend and stretch your wrists as much as possible, and do this 20 times.

Bend your knees at 90 degrees and hold a pillow between them. This will tighten your abdomen and lift your hips. Slowly return to the original position and lift your hips again. Do this 20 times.

Press the pillow under your abdomen, stretch your arms, lift your right hand and left foot about 90 cm, and switch back and forth 90 times.
