Office Pilates Practice

Thin arms

During a short break at work, you can quietly use a chair to slim down your arms. You can practice anywhere as long as you have a sturdy chair.

Action 1

Sit up straight in a chair, place your palms down on the edge of the chair, fingertips pointing toward your hips, and your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Then slowly move your hips forward until your hips are completely off the chair and hanging in the air. Press hard on the chair with both hands to support your body weight. Keep your knees bent at 90 degrees. Be careful not to knock the chair over.

Action 2

Based on action 1, straighten your back, bend your elbows while inhaling, and sink your body down. Be careful not to sit on the floor with your hips, and use your arms to support your body weight.

Action 3

While exhaling, slowly straighten your arms, move your body upward, and return to the original posture of action 1, making sure your knees are bent 90 degrees. Repeat this set of movements 10 times.

Slim lower body

It is recommended to do this set of movements when you have free time or when you want to relax your body. By raising and lowering your legs, you can get rid of excess fat in your lower body and tighten your muscles. The movements are simple, just relax your upper body and do them in between work.

Action 1

Sit up straight in a chair, sit deeper in the chair, lean your buttocks against the back of the chair, and take a deep breath.

Action 2

As you exhale, straighten your legs and lift them up until they are parallel to the ground.

Action 3

While inhaling, lower your legs, relax your upper body, and repeat the action of raising your legs 5 times.

It is definitely good to do Pilates in the office, but it must be done reasonably in the office. You can do Pilates anywhere, but the location of the office is not wide, and there are many restrictions on doing Pilates in the office. In this case, it is best to choose a wide range of ways to exercise.
