1. Raise your right arm and stretch it horizontally to the left side of your body. Then stretch out your left hand and bend it to clasp the outside of your right forearm. Make sure to keep one hand straight and the other bent. Then adjust the strength of your left hand to pull your right hand toward your back. Your waist can twist to the left. This movement can effectively relax your shoulders and waist. After pulling with one hand for a while, switch to the other side.

2. It is also a shoulder movement. Raise your right arm, keep your elbow upward, put your forearm behind your head, then raise your left hand and hold your right elbow with your hand. Adjust the strength to pull your right elbow to the lower left. At the same time, bend your waist to the lower left. This movement is also used to relax your shoulders and waist. When you are done, switch to the other side.

When practicing the above two movements, you must pay attention to keeping your legs apart and not moving. If your lower body moves every time you pull your arms, it will not achieve the effect of exercising coordination and balance.

Sit on the floor with your legs as wide as possible. First stretch your back muscles, place your hands on your hips, and slowly lean your upper body forward. At the same time, reach along your legs toward your ankles with your hands, but don't use too much force. If your hands can only reach past your knees, that's fine, don't force it. Then, stand up, bend over and reach your toes with your hands to stretch your leg muscles. Then you can do a few frog jumps.
