7. Breathe. In all asanas, you should breathe only through the nostrils and not through the mouth. Do not suppress your breathing while practicing and holding the asana. Practice the different asanas according to the breathing instructions given in the back of this book.

8. After the exercise, be sure to relax. The relaxation method is the same as the initial meditation method, which requires you to fully relax every part of your brain and body.

9. Special note for women: you should not practice headstand pose during your menstrual period.
