What are the warm-up exercises before physical education class?

Many boys like physical education classes very much, because there are many sports in physical education classes that boys especially like, and physical education classes can also give the body a chance to vent, so physical education classes have always been very popular. However, warm-up exercises must be done before the start of physical education classes, because a body that often does not exercise will not be able to bear high-intensity exercise. So what are the warm-up exercises before physical education classes? Let’s take a look below.

Stretch the calf (posterior) muscles

Bend over and support your body with your arms and one leg (straight, toes on the ground). Bend the other leg in front of your body and relax it. Focus your body's center of gravity on the toes of the supporting foot. Push your heel backward and downward until you feel the muscles in the back of your calf being stretched. Keep the tension going for 10, relax, repeat 3 times, and then switch to the other leg and do 3 times.

Stretch your shoulder muscles

Lie on your back, lift one leg, grab the thigh near the knee, and pull it towards your chest. Keep the other leg straight and close to the ground. Your head should not leave the ground. Maintain the position, count to 10, repeat 3 times, and switch legs.

Requirements for abdominal and back exercise (side): Raise your hands downward as much as possible, try to touch the ground, and stretch your legs. Requirements for side leg stretch: Open your legs as much as possible and vibrate up and down. Requirements for chest expansion exercise: vibrate your arms vigorously, fully open both shoulder joints, raise your arms horizontally, and complete the movement.

It is best to start your warm-up with systematic stretching exercises. Stretch slowly, avoid sudden force, and be sure not to exert force on the part of the muscle being stretched. After stretching, you should do some general warm-up exercises, such as light running and jumping on the spot, which can not only mobilize the internal organs but also warm up the joints throughout the body.

After reading my introduction above, you must have learned a lot of warm-up exercises before physical education classes. Everyone must do these exercises seriously, get the body moving, and then perform higher-intensity exercises, otherwise it will cause great harm to the body. In addition, you should pay more attention to regular exercise so that you can get into the state faster when doing high-intensity exercise.
