Yoga Methods for Slimming Legs and Beautiful Buttocks

1. Sit cross-legged on the bed, place your hands naturally on your knees, close your eyes, breathe naturally, and keep doing this for a few minutes.

2. Twist your upper body to the left and back, place your left hand on the head of the bed, and your right hand on your left knee. Then switch sides.

3. Maintain a cross-legged sitting position, bend your upper body, lean forward, and stretch your arms out in front of your body.

4. Stretch your legs forward, bend your knees slightly, straighten your hips, and grab your toes with your hands.

5. Gradually press your upper body downward, and keep your knees bent during the pressing process, which can effectively stretch the waist and abdominal muscles.

6. Lie on your back, straighten your right leg, bend your left leg towards your chest, hold your left leg with both hands, and then switch sides.

7. Stretch your left leg straight up toward the ceiling, grab your knee with one hand and your ankle with the other, and bring your leg closer to you.

8. Bend your left knee so that the sole of your foot is facing the ceiling, your left thigh is against the bed, your right hand is straight, and your left hand grabs your left foot. Then switch sides.

9. Straighten your left leg, bend your right leg, twist it to the left, hold your left knee with your left hand, and turn your head to the right.

10.Stretch your right leg to the left, raise your right hand to the upper right, tilt your body slightly to the left, and look toward your right hand.

11. Bend your legs and bring them close to your chest, hugging your knees with your hands.
