3-day weight loss yoga practice method

One-arm lateral raise

Holding a dumbbell in each hand, take a big step forward with your left leg and stretch your right leg back. Raise your right hand to the right, parallel to your shoulder. Repeat 12 times, then switch sides.

Front Raise

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and holding dumbbells in both hands with your fists facing forward. Raise your hands up to your waist and abdomen until your forearms are parallel to the ground. Repeat 10 times.

Fist Raise

Hold the dumbbells tightly with both hands and slowly lift them up above your head. Then slowly rotate our elbows and practice this movement 3 times!

Fist twist

Hold dumbbells in both hands, straighten them and hold them horizontally with your fists facing each other. Slowly twist your wrist outward until your fist is facing downward, and hold for 8 seconds.

Fist-Clip-Elbow Raise

Grip the dumbbells with both hands, clamp them tightly, and bend your elbows in front of your chest. Lift your elbows up, inhale, and repeat 8 times.

Double elbow raise

Hold the dumbbells in both hands, palms facing up, and place them in front of your waist. Bend your elbows upward until you tighten your arm muscles, and repeat 8 times.

In fact, yoga practice can also be a relatively convenient and simple method that beginners can learn. So sometimes don’t imagine losing weight to be too difficult, or think that yoga is too difficult to stick to.
