Place the basketball in your hand, leaving the palm empty and the edges of your palms pressed against the ball. Spread your fingers naturally and keep them close to the basketball. When shooting, use your wrist to shake the basketball with your index and middle fingers, and coordinate with your waist and thighs.

Dribbling posture

When dribbling, use the elbow as the axis and move the forearm along with the basketball. The ball should be at the highest point of the elbow joint, that is, the forearm should be parallel to the ground.

Passing posture

Squat naturally, spread your hands apart, fingers pointing up, and face each other without exceeding the diameter. When passing the ball, use your thumb, index finger, and middle finger to move the basketball and rotate the shot. When catching the ball, you must grasp the landing point. After catching the ball, quickly bring it to your chest and practice passing it quickly.

The movements should be natural and smooth. The third step falls naturally.

Pass the ball from right hand to left hand, run to left, and repeat the above action in reverse.

Turnaround Shot

With your back to the backboard, hold the ball with both hands, elbows apart naturally in front of your chest, fingers pointing up.

Crab Step

When moving to the right, turn your feet inward and slightly wider than your shoulders, do a horse stance, with your center of gravity at the back, lift your hands, step your right foot forward and to the right, and follow with your left foot, keeping your feet inward and slightly wider than your shoulders, do a horse stance, with your center of gravity at the back, lift your hands. Then repeat the movement to the right front. When the right foot moves to the right front again, the left foot at the left rear moves to the left front, and the center of gravity changes from right to left. The movement method is the opposite of the above.
