How to do shoulder and neck therapy yoga poses?

1. Lie prone in an animal-like crawling position, with your arms and legs stretched out for support, kneeling on your knees, and looking down at the ground. Keep your back straight, shoulders relaxed, and maintain the movement for 3-5 breaths.

2. Lie flat on the ground with your limbs placed naturally on the ground. Lift your straight legs up and slowly bring them towards your head, placing them on the ground above your head with your forehead resting on your feet.

3. Place your hands on your waist, support your body, and slowly lift your feet away from your head. Maintain the movement for 3-5 breaths, then relax.

4. Kneel on the ground like an animal crawling, with your knees on the ground and your hands supporting the ground vertically. Push your hands forward to press your upper body forward.

5. Bend your elbows and press your stomach down close to the ground. Straighten your elbows and return to the starting position. Repeat this 3-5 times.

6. Move your right hand from your shoulder to the back, and your left hand from underneath to the back, then clasp your hands together. Maintain the movement for 3-5 breaths, relax, and repeat with the other hand.
